Forecasting: statistical and manual

The system should be capable to invoke different statistical forecasting methods and generates instant forecasts based on pre-defined parameters, with minimum user intervention. These forecasts may be final forecasts or suggestive. Users should be able to overwrite forecasts (judgemental/subjective/manual forecasting).
