Requirements of a software solution for planning system*
Multi user system

A planning system software solution has to be multi user capabilities and linked across functions and departments - and not a planning island for individual use. The impacted functions/ departments as well as top management should be able to view and review the plans as decided beforehand. The read/write access to products, markets and variables would need to be appropriately defined/restricted by passwords.
